This 1913 Seiko Laurel is truly a special watch with history and heritage.
It is the original and the first Seiko wristwatch made, Laurel.
The same model is being exhibited in a Seiko Museum in Japan.
It features a ceramic dial and a sterling silver case, stamped .900.
Overall condition is great. The manual winding movement is in working order.
It will come oiled and regulated but please don’t expect high precision due to its age.
The case measures approximately 31mm across without crown.
The leather band seems to be very old but not original. It has been made to fit the special lugs of this model.
